About the role
Customer Service Representative
MSport is an international online betting platform operating in Nigeria and Ghana, seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to handle multi-channel customer inquiries including chats, emails, calls, and social media. You'll be responsible for delivering timely support while identifying opportunities to improve operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer service calls, chats, and emails in a timely, efficient, and knowledgeable manner
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints across multiple channels
- Suggest methods to improve area operations, efficiency, and service
- Gather and understand customer feedback and needs
- Assist management with daily call centre operations including staffing, training, scheduling, and recognition programmes
Requirements
- Minimum HND qualification in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of call centre experience
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Good customer management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Effective communication skills (oral, written, and computer)
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change
- Outstanding knowledge of Hausa or Igbo language (added advantage)
- Familiarity with sports betting (added advantage)
Salary
NGN 180,000 gross monthly (Basic: NGN 126,000 + Performance: NGN 54,000)
