Peculiar Shortlet Apartment is seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media & Shortlet Manager to join our team. The role involves managing social media platforms, handling shortlet bookings, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the apartment’s social media platforms.
• Create engaging content, including photos, videos, reels and promotional materials.
• Respond promptly to enquiries, messages and comments from guests and potential customers.
• Manage shortlet bookings, reservations, check-ins and check-outs.
• Coordinate guest communication and ensure excellent customer service.
• Promote available apartments and special offers to increase occupancy.
• Maintain accurate booking and guest records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure apartments are guest-ready.
• Prepare regular reports on bookings, enquiries and social media engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in social media management, hospitality, shortlet management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and WhatsApp Business.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good photography, videography and content-creation skills.
• Ability to use Canva and other basic content-creation tools.
• Experience managing shortlet/Airbnb bookings will be an added advantage.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Must be proactive, presentable, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Candidates should preferably reside within Lekki or its environs.

Salary ₦150,000
