About the role
We're hiring a creative, organised and proactive Social Media & Customer Support Manager to join our team. This role is primarily remote with in-person content days and brand events once a month in Lagos (Lekki).
Responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms
- Create and edit engaging photo and video content
- Assist during content shoots and pop-up events
- Deliver excellent customer service online and in person
Requirements
- Based in Lagos
- Strong iPhone photography and videography skills
- Video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
- Excellent written communication and customer service skills
Salary ₦100,000/month + Monthly Data Stipend
