About the role

We're hiring a creative, organised and proactive Social Media & Customer Support Manager to join our team. This role is primarily remote with in-person content days and brand events once a month in Lagos (Lekki).

Responsibilities

  • Manage social media platforms
  • Create and edit engaging photo and video content
  • Assist during content shoots and pop-up events
  • Deliver excellent customer service online and in person

Requirements

  • Based in Lagos
  • Strong iPhone photography and videography skills
  • Video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
  • Excellent written communication and customer service skills

Salary ₦100,000/month + Monthly Data Stipend
