Head of Human Resources

The Head of Human Resources will lead and manage all human resources functions for Fort Knox Outsourcing. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, managing the full HR lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with senior management and key stakeholders.
• Become a trusted and confidential HR advisor across the organisation.
• Strengthen performance management and employee development processes.
• Ensure HR review cycles and key people initiatives are delivered effectively.
• Build trust and credibility with both leadership and employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
• Professional HR certification such as SHRM-SCP, CIPD Level 7 or equivalent.
• 10–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Experience in a law firm, professional services or partnership environment is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing the full HR lifecycle independently.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience working with senior executives, boards or partners is an advantage.
• A postgraduate qualification in HR, MBA or equivalent is preferred.

Salary

• N2,800,000 Net/Month
