AMO Farm Sieberer Hatchery Limited is seeking a Farmers’ Technical Consultant to support poultry farmers with technical guidance and best practices. The role involves providing on-the-ground support to ensure high-quality chick production and farm efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and advice to poultry farmers.
• Monitor and evaluate farm performance.
• Conduct training sessions for farmers.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in poultry farming or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proficient in using basic office software.
