Virginrose Resorts is seeking an experienced Operation Manager to join their thriving team and contribute to the growth of the organization. The role involves overseeing all operational activities, improving processes, and ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.

Responsibilities

• Improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• Overseeing all activities of each department in the organization
• Finding ways to increase the quality of customer service
• Identifying potential problems and points of friction and finding solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue
• Enforcing regulatory and safety standards
• Planning inventory and overseeing efficiency
• Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Managing budgets and forecasts

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
• Proven work experience as an operations manager or similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Coordinating different teams to foster an exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities
