Digital Marketing & Growth Manager

Skache Integrated is seeking a Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to drive 10x revenue scaling through strategic paid advertising, conversion optimization, and brand authority building.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, deploy, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok Ads to drive high-intent conversion traffic
• Implement, audit, and manage tracking infrastructure including Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and custom event definitions to accurately report ROAS
• Architect and coordinate the digital content calendar, spearheading video production and editing (Reels, TikToks) around conversion hooks
• Manage end-to-end communication, asset delivery, and affiliate tracking structures for 'Mom-bassadors', parent bloggers, and micro-influencers
• Analyze web performance, user session recordings, heatmaps, and funnel drop-offs to execute continuous conversion rate optimization (CRO) changes

Requirements

• 3–5 years of verifiable experience in growth hacking, performance marketing, or D2C e-commerce campaigns within Nigeria
• Advanced proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, Shopify/WooCommerce administration, and tracking architectures
• Copywriting skills tailored to affluent, value-seeking Nigerian parents
• Intermediate mobile video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Rush)
