Real Estate Sales Executive
Pleiades Consulting is hiring a Real Estate Sales Executive to drive sales to corporate and retail clients in the Lagos real estate market.
Responsibilities
- Drive real estate sales to corporate and retail clients
- Identify, engage, and convert prospective buyers
- Conduct property presentations and negotiations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 3–5 years' experience in real estate sales & marketing
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills
- Must reside around Ajah/Sangotedo axis
Salary
₦300,000 net + 10% commission per month
