About the role
Sales Manager
Mshel Homes Limited is seeking an ambitious, results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team and accelerate business growth in the real estate sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a team of Sales Executives, cultivating key client relationships, and driving revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
- Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs and sales metrics, providing coaching and feedback
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic prospecting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and strategic accounts
- Oversee preparation and presentation of proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Lead high-level negotiations and support closing complex or high-value deals
- Collaborate with the marketing team on sales campaigns and lead generation
- Analyse sales data, pipeline reports, and market trends to forecast revenue
- Recruit, onboard, and train new Sales Executives, fostering a high-performance culture
- Report sales performance, market intelligence, and strategic recommendations to senior management
- Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage)
- 5–7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a sales leadership or managerial role
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proximity to the location will be considered
