Mercatura Online Technology is seeking a motivated, diligent, and customer-focused fresh graduate to join their team as a Customer Relationship Manager Intern. This remote internship offers hands-on training, mentorship, and practical experience in customer support, CRM database management, sales follow-ups, and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Maintain accurate customer records, update CRM databases, and document feedback or complaints.
• Assist with onboarding new customers, following up on prospective leads, and conducting retention activities.
• Send reminders regarding appointments, orders, services, and payments.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams while preparing simple interaction and performance reports.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with an OND, NCE, HND, or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
• Technical Setup: Basic computer literacy, remote-work capability, and willingness to learn CRM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor with strong organization and time management abilities.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or administration is an advantage but not required.

Salary ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 Monthly
