Oversee the Montessori classroom environment and student development at First Light Montessori School. Ensure a safe, engaging, and structured learning space for children.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain an authentic, orderly, and engaging Montessori classroom environment.
• Observe and assess each child's individual needs, interests, and progress, tailoring learning plans accordingly.
• Guide children in using Montessori materials and oversee daily individual and group activities.
• Foster independence, self-discipline, respect, and social harmony among students.
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding children’s development and progress.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive learning environment at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of Bachelor of Education.
• 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
• Must hold a recognised Montessori certification/diploma.
