Account Partner - EBU Sales
MTN Nigeria seeks an Account Partner to drive enterprise business growth through professional account management and strategic corporate sales in Kwara State.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through acquisition of new corporate accounts and development of existing relationships
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to bill delivery
- Identify and create new business opportunities from both new and existing clients
- Conduct market research on potential customers and their purchasing capacity using data mining systems
- Analyze industry trends to identify new prospects and opportunities for the corporate sales department
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly corporate sales reports, contractual documentation, and status reports per MTN quality standards
- Log, escalate, and troubleshoot customer service requests, queries, and complaints
Requirements
- First degree in any related discipline
- Fluent in English
- 3–7 years of experience in a specialized area with team collaboration experience
- Prior experience working in a medium-sized organization
