Loan Officer – Personal & SME

Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is seeking an experienced Loan Officer to manage Personal and SME lending activities. The successful candidate will assess creditworthiness, process loan applications, evaluate risks, and support clients throughout the loan lifecycle while ensuring compliance with lending procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review and process loan applications.
• Assess clients’ financial status and creditworthiness.
• Gather and verify financial information and documentation.
• Analyze lending risks and recommend loan approvals or rejections.
• Develop and manage repayment plans.
• Maintain accurate loan records and documentation.
• Follow up on loan renewals and repayments.
• Monitor the performance of existing loan portfolios.

Requirements

• NCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Loan Officer.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Personal and SME lending.
• Strong knowledge of lending procedures and financial products.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and spreadsheet management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to evaluate risks and make sound lending decisions.

Salary Starting from ₦150,000/Month
