Role Overview
Golden Fleet Logistics Limited is seeking a passionate, ambitious, and results-driven Growth Specialist to join their Revenue & Growth Department. The role involves driving top-line growth through lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue expansion.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for the company's logistics and related services.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with current clients to encourage repeat business, referrals, and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the Operations and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular reports on business development activities.
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Growth.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong presentation and proposal-writing abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
Salary Gross monthly salary and commission
