Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned inspection center and coordinate resources
• Convert prospective customers to paid customers and close auto sales directly
• Create a network base for sales and generate leads
• Manage customer expectations and grow profitable relationships
• Maintain end-to-end relationship with customers
• Negotiate and close sales at the center
• Oversee procurement of cars from customers
• Serve as the main point of contact for all center-related matters

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc in any discipline (must have completed NYSC)
• 1–2 years' experience in sales with excellent customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
• Sound knowledge of closing sales and winning customers
• Excellent knowledge of cars and various models
• Presentable appearance
• Ability to multitask
• Target-driven mindset (role is target and commission-based)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced and pressured environments
• Proximity to center location is an added advantage
