Human Resource Coordinator (Oil & Gas)

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations within the oil & gas sector.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding processes
• Manage employee relations
• Oversee performance management activities
• Ensure HR compliance with Nigerian labour laws
• Execute day-to-day HR operations and administration

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of HR experience
• Minimum 2 years in a coordinator role
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws
• Knowledge of HR best practices and HR administration
• Currently residing in Abuja or willing to relocate at own expense before resuming

Salary

₦14,319,540 gross annual salary (approximately ₦1,193,295 monthly)
