Ag. Head – Asset Management

Responsible for business development, funds and wealth management, and treasury sales within the Asset Management SBU. This role involves deposit mobilization, strategy formulation, relationship building, and portfolio management across institutional, retail, and public sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Deposit mobilization (Institutional, Retail and Public Sector)
• Formulate strategies and plans around the institutional, retail and public sector business
• Identify potential sales growth opportunities and work with the portfolio management team to grow the Asset Under Management
• Develop and manage customized investment portfolios and discretionary funds for institutions and corporates
• Engage, build and manage relationships with new and prospective clients
• Actively contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to attain sales and distribution objectives
• Analyze financial statements to establish viability of investment proposals
• Offer investment advisory services and deliver a wide range of investment solutions to clients
• Market financial products such as structured deposits, treasury solutions, brokerage and advisory services
• Prepare budget reports and monthly performance reviews
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director
