Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager

Tempkers Limited is seeking a commercially minded Marketing Executive/Manager to develop and execute integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement and sales for EHI Group.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly marketing plans and campaigns.
• Manage campaigns from planning through execution, monitoring and analysis.
• Develop customer acquisition, retention and reactivation strategies.
• Coordinate social media, email, WhatsApp, website and digital marketing activities.
• Develop content calendars and coordinate designers, photographers, influencers and other creative partners.
• Manage customer segmentation, loyalty, referral and repeat-purchase campaigns.
• Plan marketing activities for product launches, promotions, events and activations.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer acquisition, engagement, conversions and marketing ROI.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely campaign delivery.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of relevant marketing, digital marketing, brand management or growth marketing experience.
• Proven experience planning and executing campaigns from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition and consumer marketing.
• Experience with social media, email and WhatsApp marketing.
• Strong copywriting, communication and project-management skills.
• Data-driven, commercially minded and highly organised.
• Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, luxury, retail, e-commerce or hospitality is an advantage.
• Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Shopify or CRM platforms is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel when required.
