Accountant – Stallion Cardinal Homes

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure regulatory compliance for our real estate business.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports and support budgeting activities
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements
• Support internal and external audit processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in an accounting role (real estate experience is an added advantage)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• ICAN or ACCA certification is an added advantage
