We are seeking a Creator Success Manager to drive success and growth for our creator community. This is a remote role focused on building strong relationships, onboarding creators, and ensuring portfolio health in a high-touch environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage creator relationships and ensure their success
• Onboard new creators and track portfolio health
• Drive revenue-focused outcomes through proactive account management
• Utilize CRM tools to maintain client and portfolio information

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, onboarding, or revenue-focused client roles
• Experience working in high-touch environments with strong ownership mentality
• Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)
• Ability to track and manage portfolio health metrics
