Business Development Manager

Seth Corporate Logistics is seeking a strategic Business Development Manager to drive expansion across our global logistics operations. With 20+ years of excellence and hubs in Nigeria, Dubai, and the UK, we provide end-to-end logistics solutions for multinational corporations in oil & gas, FMCG, and telecommunications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close high-value logistics contracts with multinational corporations requiring multi-modal (sea, air, and land) global movement
• Develop and execute tailored market entry and expansion strategies for oil & gas (upstream/downstream), FMCG, and communications sectors
• Manage the full sales lifecycle, from cold outreach to C-suite negotiations and long-term account retention
• Work closely with Dubai and UK offices to ensure seamless service delivery for clients with international trade routes
• Monitor global shipping trends, regulatory changes in Nigeria/UAE/UK corridors, and competitor activity
• Lead preparation of technical and commercial bids for major corporate and government tenders

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in business development or account management within global logistics/freight forwarding
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field
• MBA or professional certifications (CILT) preferred
• Proven network of active contacts within Nigerian and international oil & gas or FMCG space
• Strong understanding of international Incoterms, Nigerian customs regulations (NCAL/SONCAP), and logistics hubs in Middle East and Europe
• Exceptional boardroom-level presentation and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English

Salary

NGN 600,000 – 900,000 per month (base salary noted as NGN 800,000)
