Responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance with Nigerian labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and employment regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Management, or Psychology.
• Professional certification in HR (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a managerial or supervisory position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
