Indoor Sales Executive

Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Indoor Sales Executive to join our sales team in Lagos State. You will be responsible for attending to walk-in customers, generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service while contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide exceptional service
• Generate sales and convert leads
• Promote products effectively
• Process orders and handle documentation
• Support inventory management and store operations
• Prepare reports on sales performance and customer interactions

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. Degree in any related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in indoor sales, retail sales, customer service, or similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
