Business Development Officer at Numad Energy

Numad Energy is seeking a Business Development Officer to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and support revenue growth in the energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business development reports
• Support contract negotiations and client onboarding processes
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives
• Assist in implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
• Represent the company professionally during meetings, networking events, and client engagements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline
• NYSC completion required
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management
• Strong understanding of sales processes, client management, and contract negotiation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel when required
• Must reside in or around Lekki, Lagos, or be willing to commute conveniently
