Human Resource Officer

We are seeking a proactive Human Resource Officer to manage core HR functions, drive employee engagement, and support the development and implementation of HR policies and processes within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, selection & onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
• Drive employee engagement and workplace culture.
• Coordinate training and employee development.
• Support performance management.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR compliance.
• Advise management on people-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/HND in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2 years' relevant experience.

Salary ₦200,000 – ₦300,000/month
