Laundry Supervisor

Oversees the daily operations of the hotel’s laundry and linen services, ensuring that all guest garments, staff uniforms, hotel linen, towels, tablecloths, napkins, curtains, and other fabric items are processed efficiently, hygienically, and to the highest luxury hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the hotel’s laundry facility.
• Ensure efficient washing, drying, ironing, pressing, folding, packaging, and distribution of all hotel linen, guest laundry, staff uniforms, and other fabric items.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, Gym, and other departments to meet operational linen requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of guest laundry transactions and linen inventory.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Supervise, motivate, and coordinate the activities of laundry personnel.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly laundry performance reports.
