About the role

Customer Service & Social Media Assistant

Whip Smart Service Providers Limited is seeking a smart, organized, and customer-focused assistant to support daily operations, including customer service, order processing, inventory management, and social media content creation.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Process and track customer orders from placement to delivery
  • Conduct quality checks on products before dispatch
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Coordinate with logistics partners for timely order fulfillment
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally
  • Capture photos and videos for social media content
  • Create and post engaging content across social media platforms
  • Support marketing and promotional activities
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order activities
  • Ensure seamless and positive customer experience

Requirements

  • Female candidates only
  • Age: 21–28 years
  • Minimum HND/BSc in any discipline
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, social media management, retail operations, or related roles

Working Hours

Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
