About the role
Customer Service & Social Media Assistant
Whip Smart Service Providers Limited is seeking a smart, organized, and customer-focused assistant to support daily operations, including customer service, order processing, inventory management, and social media content creation.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Process and track customer orders from placement to delivery
- Conduct quality checks on products before dispatch
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely order fulfillment
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally
- Capture photos and videos for social media content
- Create and post engaging content across social media platforms
- Support marketing and promotional activities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order activities
- Ensure seamless and positive customer experience
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Age: 21–28 years
- Minimum HND/BSc in any discipline
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, social media management, retail operations, or related roles
Working Hours
Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
