About the role

Sales Executive – The Brooks Africa Limited

The Sales Executive will drive sales growth and build lasting client relationships for The Brooks Africa, a dynamic real estate company. You'll identify new opportunities, present products and services, achieve sales targets, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and online research
  • Present and promote The Brooks Africa's products and services to potential clients
  • Achieve sales targets set by the Sales Manager
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion rates from inquiries to sales
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client queries promptly
  • Conduct site visits and provide product demonstrations
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts
  • Maintain accurate documentation and record-keeping for all sales activities
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Provide feedback to the Sales Manager on market insights
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align strategies and ensure smooth customer experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in real estate or construction)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Strong customer focus and ability to understand client needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
