IT / Full-Stack Developer

Join FHON Consulting as an IT / Full-Stack Developer, where you'll split your time between developing modern web applications and supporting internal IT infrastructure. You'll work on core platforms while ensuring daily technical operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

Software Engineering & Development:

• Build and maintain responsive frontend interfaces using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS
• Develop, optimize, and secure backend APIs using Laravel and manage MySQL databases
• Integrate third-party RESTful APIs, manage webhooks, and implement data caching strategies
• Write maintainable code using Git and GitHub for version control

IT Support & Infrastructure:

• Manage corporate IT operations including office Wi-Fi routers, email provisioning, and internal portal access
• Provide hardware and software troubleshooting for laptops, printers, and operating systems
• Monitor system performance, maintain database backups, and troubleshoot web server configurations

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Frontend: JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS / UI libraries (Shadcn UI)
• Backend: PHP (Laravel framework), RESTful API development
• Databases: SQL query writing and optimization with MySQL
• Tools: Git/GitHub, Postman, basic networking knowledge, cloud hosting platforms

Soft Skills:

• Logical troubleshooting with a step-by-step approach
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability between engineering features and IT infrastructure issues
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
