A premium private hospital is seeking a skilled Hospital Operations Manager to oversee the efficient and effective operation of the hospital. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hospital
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Coordinate with medical and administrative staff
• Monitor hospital performance and implement improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare administration
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly based on experience and qualifications.
