About the role
We are recruiting a proactive, creative, and results-driven Growth Officer for a reputable real estate company based in Sangotedo, Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Generate and convert qualified leads into property sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and brand visibility
- Create and edit basic marketing content, including property videos and social media content using tools such as CapCut or similar apps
- Meet sales targets and provide regular performance reports
- Work closely with and report directly to the CEO
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE
- Prior experience in the real estate industry (mandatory)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut or similar applications)
- Ability to generate leads, nurture prospects, and close property sales
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
