Trade Marketer

Dicalo Consulting Group is seeking a Trade Marketer to develop and execute growth strategies across all channels, driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention while building strong distributor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies across all channels
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities; prepare regular reports on campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities
• Identify opportunities to increase product distribution and visibility
• Oversee distributor performance through regular ride-alongs, market visits, and performance reviews
• Work towards sales metrics KPIs for excellence in execution
• Execute sales plans aligned with overall brand objectives and distributor management partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial stakeholders
• Maintain accurate documentation of distributor activities and results
• Address distributor concerns, identify growth opportunities, and provide ongoing training and support

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or distribution management (preferably beverage industry)
• Proven track record in managing distributor relationships and achieving sales targets
• Analytical skills and project management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate with wholesalers and distributors
• Self-starter mentality
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives with excellent time management
• Full compliance with relevant regulations, company policies, and industry best practices
