Digital Marketer

Reverse Aesthetics Clinics Limited is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, website management, and lead generation strategies within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the company website
• Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
• Run Google Ads and YouTube Ads campaigns
• Run TikTok Ads campaigns
• Run X (Twitter) Ads campaigns
• Handle email marketing campaigns and automation
• Monitor campaign performance and generate reports
• Create strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
• Work closely with content and operations teams to drive business growth
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis when required
• Assist with online customer acquisition strategies

Requirements

• HND qualification
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Digital Marketer
• Strong experience with website management
• Knowledge of website development and ability to build, update, and maintain business websites (WordPress or other CMS platforms)
• Good understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, and X (Twitter) Ads
• Experience with email marketing and campaign automation
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and improve ROI
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
• Must be proactive, creative, and result-oriented

Work Structure

Successful candidate will undergo a two (2) weeks probation period working onsite. Upon successful completion, transition to hybrid work structure: 2 days per week onsite and remaining workdays remote.
