Housekeeper

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, bathrooms, and hotel areas. Ensures all rooms meet the hotel's standards and handles maintenance reports, supply replenishment, and guest service requests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned hotel areas.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and guest amenities.
• Ensure all rooms meet the hotel's cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and lost property to the appropriate supervisor.
• Replenish room supplies and housekeeping materials as required.
• Maintain proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and follow hotel service standards.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality establishment is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under minimal supervision.
• Honesty, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
