Senior Python Developer (Full Stack)

Odixcity Consulting is seeking a passionate Python developer to join our team in building AI data models. You will develop and implement high-quality software solutions, create complex applications using cutting-edge frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software using Python programming language
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, building, testing, and delivering solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code that can be easily scaled
• Create large-scale data processing pipelines to help developers build and train machine learning algorithms
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and identify areas for improvement
• Debug code and troubleshoot Python-related queries
• Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in Python development
• Work on data engineering problems and building data pipelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience as a Python Developer with a strong portfolio of AI projects
• In-depth understanding of Python software development stacks, ecosystems, and frameworks (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Dask, spaCy, NLTK, scikit-learn, PyTorch)
• Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database technologies
• Experience with Django framework
• Knowledge of data science and machine learning concepts and tools
• Working understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
• Compulsory: Experience using CVAT-AI open-source library to build Python projects
• Excellent problem-solving ability with solid communication and collaboration skills
• Team spirit and collaborative mindset

Salary

N700,000 – N800,000 monthly
