About the role
Adventure Capital Group is seeking a Customer Service and Support Officer to join its team in Lagos. This full-time hybrid role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across multiple communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
- Support internal teams with customer feedback and insights
- Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain professional phone etiquette
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service
- Ability to work on rotational shift basis, including night shifts and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
