Customer Success & After-Sales Service Representative
Support customers through phone, WhatsApp, email and chat. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. De-escalate concerns and rebuild customer trust. Maintain complete and timely documentation.

Requirements
- OND/HND/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years' customer-facing, call centre or after-sales support experience
- Automotive or power-equipment experience is an advantage
- Working knowledge of CRM/ERP systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working to measurable targets
