About the role
AI Operator
We are seeking an AI Operator to join our remote, globally distributed team. This role requires hands-on expertise in AI fluency and orchestration, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and define how AI systems operate autonomously versus with human oversight.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate and manage AI systems across a multi-brand organization
- Design AI workflows, determining where AI operates independently and where human review is required
- Scope work, identify blockers, and drive solutions in ambiguous environments
- Plan and implement error-handling protocols for AI systems
Requirements
- Hands-on AI fluency and orchestration experience
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in complex, multi-brand organizations
- Experience designing AI workflows with appropriate human-in-the-loop mechanisms
- Problem-solving skills to scope work and remove blockers
