Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and manage HR-related documentation
• Support employee relations and training initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven experience in HR functions
• Strong communication and organizational skills
