Site Coordinator
Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a client site, ensuring smooth functioning and prompt resolution of issues. Responsibilities include conducting property inspections, managing maintenance activities, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining records.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine property inspections and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Monitor and maintain building facilities, equipment, and utilities.
- Manage generator operations, fuel usage, servicing schedules, and basic troubleshooting.
- Serve as the primary contact for residents, handling complaints and service requests.
- Supervise contractors, vendors, security personnel, and other service providers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain maintenance, inspection, incident, and inventory records.
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting, expense tracking, and data management.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of maintenance supplies.
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree in Estate Management, Facility Management, Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in residential property or facility management.
- Practical knowledge of generator operation, servicing, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication.
- Strong organizational, reporting, communication, and multitasking skills.
