Customer Service & Sales Executive

JV Management Consulting is seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and results-driven Customer Service & Sales Executive to deliver outstanding customer service, generate sales, and contribute to the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries through phone calls, emails, social media, and walk-in visits
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Convert enquiries into sales and consistently meet assigned sales targets
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and existing customers
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
• Process customer orders and maintain accurate records
• Prepare sales and customer service reports as required
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure excellent service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Service, Sales, or a similar role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Target-driven with the ability to achieve sales objectives
• Good computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
• Must reside in or around Anthony, Ikeja, Maryland, Gbagada, Ilupeju, Oshodi, or nearby locations
