About the role
Customer Care Representative
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Female Customer Care Representative to join our team in Allen, Ikeja. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, managing complaints, and maintaining accurate records while working closely with production and logistics teams.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Process and track customer orders
- Handle complaints professionally
- Maintain accurate records and inventory
- Submit daily reports and escalate unresolved issues
- Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Female applicants only
- Computer savvy
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
- Organized, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Ready for long-term employment (minimum of 1 year)
- Preferred: Residents of Berger, Ogba, Olowora, Magodo, Oke-Ira, Fagba, Omole, and other areas within close proximity to Ikeja
Working Hours Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary ₦130,000 monthly + performance bonus based on performance appraisal
