Sales Marketing Manager

Responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, driving sales for high-value contracts, planning and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, building client relationships, analyzing market trends, leading teams, and overseeing marketing collateral.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that position Contrati Designs Limited as an industry leader in design, project development, and turnkey delivery.
• Drive sales for complex, high-value contracts targeting commercial, residential, or industrial clients requiring end-to-end turnkey solutions.
• Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, corporate PR, networking, and industry events) to generate high-quality leads for turnkey projects.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with property developers, investors, facilitators, and corporate clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze industry trends, competitor positioning, and real estate/construction market dynamics to identify profitable niches for our turnkey services.
• Mentor and manage marketing and sales personnel, fostering collaboration with project development and design teams to ensure seamless client handoffs.
• Oversee the creation of high-end proposals, case studies, and marketing collateral that effectively communicate our turnkey execution capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven experience in marketing, sales, and business development, ideally within design-build, real estate development, architecture, construction, or turnkey project sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong B2B sales acumen with a track record of closing high-value deals or managing complex proposals.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with project development lifecycles and turnkey contracting.
• Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing analytics.
• Strategic thinker, highly collaborative, and results-oriented with a passion for scaling service-based enterprises.
