Marketing & Growth Manager

Joche Academy is seeking a proactive Marketing & Growth Manager to drive marketing execution and business growth across our professional education ecosystem in Africa.

Responsibilities

• Manage external marketing agencies and content partners, coordinating deliverables, feedback, and approvals
• Review and approve marketing content (videos, graphics, emails, campaigns) to ensure brand consistency and quality
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and other platforms
• Plan, write, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns including newsletters, course launches, and promotional content
• Support community engagement across social media and WhatsApp communities
• Identify and conduct outreach to universities, corporations, government institutions, NGOs, and strategic partners
• Generate qualified leads for Joche Enterprise and other products through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and networking
• Book discovery calls and partnership conversations; support deal closing with leadership
• Maintain lead pipeline tracker and prepare weekly reports on marketing metrics, campaign performance, and partnerships

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, growth, business development, or partnerships
• Experience managing external agencies, vendors, or content teams
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and campaign execution
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong project management and organizational ability
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to write clearly
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, email platforms, social media, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and basic CRM tools
• Proactive, accountable, and able to drive initiatives with minimal supervision
• Comfortable with outreach and meeting targets

Salary

₦100,000 monthly base salary + performance-based bonus + 3% commission on enterprise deals you originate
