Social Media Manager

Sales Force Consulting is seeking a Social Media Manager to drive digital engagement and brand visibility across all social media platforms, with a focus on promoting properties for sale.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow audience on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Promote paid adverts and manage social media engagements
• Create compelling brand stories that resonate with prospects and clients
• Produce quality content including in-depth descriptions, captions, and comments
• Generate innovative ideas for content and marketing campaigns
• Optimize all digital content for marketing effectiveness
• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for engaging content
• Analyze, track, and report on website and social media analytics
• Schedule and execute social media calendar updates consistently

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification
• Minimum 3 years of social media or digital marketing experience managing similar brands
• Demonstrated knowledge of the property and real estate market (compulsory)
• Evidence of previous work experience in a similar or related capacity
• Strong writing and communication skills
• IT proficiency and understanding of social media dynamics
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Business development skills and strong initiative
• Presentation capabilities
• Must be hardworking and deadline-oriented

Nice to Have:

• Graphic design, photo, and video editing skills
