Skipper Eye-Q Super Speciality Eye Hospital is seeking an Optician to interpret eye examination results and prescriptions, and guide patients through frame and lens selection to ensure orders for glasses and contact lenses are processed accurately.

Responsibilities

• Interpret results of eye examinations using prescriptions from Optometrists and Ophthalmologists
• Advise patients on frame weights, materials, styles, and colors
• Recommend lenses, coatings, and frames to suit customers' needs
• Measure customers to determine suitable frame types and styles
• Adjust frames for proper fit
• Prepare orders for glasses and contact lenses, checking prescriptions, lens thickness, and specifications
• Ensure orders for glasses and contact lenses are processed accurately

Requirements

• Diploma in Dispensing Opticianry
• Minimum of 3 years' experience
