Senior Accountant – Crown Interactive

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy and compliance, and support strategic financial planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, general ledger activities, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and statutory requirements; prepare and submit VAT, withholding tax, and corporate tax filings
• Manage customer accounts, invoicing, billing, collections, and revenue tracking
• Provide financial analysis, insights, and support for budgeting and forecasting
• Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain financial controls
• Monitor tax regulations and advise management on impacts
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement

Requirements

• BSc in Accounting or Finance
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance operations, and account management
• Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) – ACA qualification
• Strong proficiency in ERP/accounting software, CRM systems, and advanced Excel
• Expertise in VAT management, withholding tax, corporate tax compliance, and statutory reporting
• Experience with customer billing, collections, revenue tracking, and audit coordination
• Knowledge of local tax regulations and audit preparation

Preferred Qualifications

• ACCA qualification
• Experience in technology, SaaS, ICT, consulting, or enterprise solutions sectors
