iOS Developer

Role Overview

The iOS Developer is a contract, on-site position based in Ikeja. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining native iOS applications while collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.

Responsibilities

• Writing clean and efficient code
• Integrating APIs
• Debugging and resolving technical issues
• Optimizing applications for performance and usability
• Participating in code reviews
• Contributing to technical documentation
• Ensuring mobile solutions align with client requirements and industry best practices
• Staying current with iOS development trends, tools, and frameworks

Requirements

• Strong skills in iOS Development and native iOS application design and implementation
• Experience in Mobile Application Development
• Solid understanding of general Software Development principles, patterns, and best practices
• Proficiency with Swift and/or Objective-C, Xcode, and common iOS frameworks
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries into mobile applications
• Knowledge of App Store submission processes, version control (e.g., Git), and agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
