Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

We are a fast-growing study abroad startup seeking an exceptional Chief Marketing Officer to lead our marketing department and drive aggressive business growth. You will oversee all marketing activities, manage campaigns across multiple channels, and build a high-performing team to support ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy
• Plan, manage, and optimize both online and offline marketing campaigns
• Generate and deliver at least 4,000 qualified leads per month to the sales team
• Oversee digital advertising campaigns and ensure positive return on investment
• Build and manage relationships with content creators, influencers, and media partners
• Develop brand awareness and increase market penetration
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
• Manage the company's CRM systems and marketing automation processes
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve growth objectives
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience
• Proven track record of generating leads and driving business growth
• Experience with both online and offline advertising campaigns
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, lead generation, and conversion funnels
• Experience managing CRM systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Highly goal-oriented, data-driven, and focused on results

Salary

₦200,000 – ₦400,000 per month (Based on Experience) Commissions: Up to ₦1,000,000+ per month based on performance
