Thrift Marketer/Collector – South East Zone

LAPO Microfinance Bank Limited is seeking a dynamic Thrift Marketer/Collector to drive deposit mobilization through daily savings collection in the South East Zone.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and open specified savings accounts
• Conduct daily visits to clients (markets, shops, etc.) to collect savings
• Plan routine visits to minimize operational costs
• Ensure excellent client service and satisfaction
• Monitor competitor activities and outperform in catchment areas
• Reconcile and report all activities accurately to supervisors
• Manage client complaints professionally
• Maintain and expand LAPO MfB's brand presence
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

Education:

• NCE/OND in Finance, Marketing, IT/Computer Science, or related field
• Relevant professional qualifications (advantageous)

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in customer relationship and marketing functions
• Proficiency with computer devices (smartphone or tablet)
